Things to do in Boracay

Boracay is known for its pure white sand beaches and smaller islands, breathtaking sunsets, exciting water activities, top-notch hotels and resorts, and a vibrant nightlife that you should not miss while on vacation. It's no surprise that the island attracts tens of thousands of visitors each year. Everyone wants a taste of Boracay's famous beach lifestyle. There's always a great tour or activity to go on, as well as a new place to discover!

Puka Beach

Puka Beach is a must-see on any list of things to do in Boracay. Puka Beach features slightly coarser sand than White Beach, which is named after the puka shells that once lined its shoreline. Puka Beach, on the other hand, makes up for it with its practically untouched beauty.

Puka Beach is a 20-minute tricycle ride away from White Beach on Boracay Island's northernmost tip. If you plan to stay for a few hours, you can bring your mats.

This renowned tourist attraction is one of the beaches featured in most Boracay island hopping tours. Because it's far from the three stations, there's a good chance you'll have this unspoiled, gorgeous beach to yourself.

Puka Beach is also the spot to go if you want to see some of Boracay's famous flying foxes. The spectacular fruit bats' migration is a sight to behold. Join the Friends of the Flying Foxes in their regular bat counts to contribute to their preservation.

Banana Boat Ride

On the island, you can participate in fun recreational activities by taking a banana boat ride. Banana boats are large yellow inflatable boats that may accommodate ten to twenty people.

The banana boat will be launched into the sea once everyone is ready and has fastened on their life vests. Falling isn't something to be terrified of! Trying to keep your balance while the speedboat twists and turns are the highlight of this exercise.

Fly Fish

Imagine the adrenaline rush of being towed by a fast-moving boat while clinging on the inflatable for dear life. To put it another way, it's the banana boat on steroids. That's what fly fishing is all about.

Paddleboarding

You don't have to be a pro surfer to enjoy this thrilling water sport! If you want to learn how to operate aboard while enjoying Boracay's beautiful beaches, you can rent one and attend a paddleboarding lesson. It's also a great method to work on your balance.

Cliff-Diving at Ariel's Point

Cliff jumping at Ariel's Point is a must-do activity on any trip to Boracay. An outrigger boat can take you there in 35 to 45 minutes from the island. Ariel's Point offers cliff diving, which is a popular water sport. There are five separate cliff diving jump-off platforms with differing heights at this tourist site.

The uppermost platform rises to a height of 13 to 15 meters above the ocean, while the smaller platforms are 7 meters, 6 meters, 5 meters, and 3 meters tall. If the higher platforms are too much for you, you may always choose the lesser ones and still enjoy the excitement of cliff-diving. There's no reason to miss out on this opportunity when there are lifeguards on hand to assist you.

D'Mall

In comparison to other important institutions on the island, D'Mall is relatively relaxed. Main Street, the Local Market, and the Beach Area are the three areas. The majority of ATMs and money changers are located on Main Street.

This area also has snack shops, pharmacies, and convenience stores. Meanwhile, modest stalls offering fruits, vegetables, and other regional specialties may be found in the Local Market area. This region also has a local supermarket and a few ATMs...

Finally, the Beach Area is home to the majority of diving and swimming establishments. Money changers and eateries can also be found in the city. It's also one of the primary pick-up places for most Boracay excursions and activities.
